Now, I’m just going to schedule a call for every time slot until they figure it out. Every person says the same fucking script…we will contact provider blah blah blah and will follow up, but they don’t. This has been going in circles for four days and I’m pissed at this point. I’m telling them to get their shit together and send a refill to where I’m at now. Well, didn’t get refilled and now I’m leaving my first travel site and they want to know where I’m going to next, when I’ll be home etc. They suggested I change pharmacy locations to where I was going to be which I did. When it came time to refill it was on same day I had to leave town. Well, I travel for work and location can and does vary, sometimes it will change on a days notice. Just because your provider is on maternity leave does not mean you can't have your meds the world goes around after people go on maternity leave and I have a feeling that she's not coming back just because of all the stuff I'm hearing I thought she was saying bun then realized she was saying done.Well I will tell you that my prescription as of now is 14 days late and they said they requested it and I had to make an appointment to get somebody to call me they called me after I put in a million emails and a million messages so when they called they asked me what the problem was and I told them and they said well your provider is out on maternity leave!!!!!! I literally couldn't believe what I heard your provider is out on maternity leave? Are you kidding me so does that mean everybody that has that provider doesn't get medication.
Phone number they called from was: +1 83 (I tried calling back to see what was up and some Asian voice mail message wanted me to leave a message. There is constant resistance from their team when trying to get refills and scheduling appointments. I moved to a new city and figured I’d try Done First to refill my prescriptions, since I have not set up care with a PCP here.

James, please complete your intake form and upload a photo of a government-issued photo ID before your appointment so we can verify you as required by law. I asked how I could be sure they wouldn't have my clinician drop off since they had none just days before and the guy hung up on me. I asked how that worked since a couple days ago they had none and was told they had one now. Days later (today) someone called to tell me a clinician was available to see. Support emailed me to say they had no clinicians in Pennsylvania at this time but would contact me when they did. I had been a patient with Donefirst for a few months, and put in a medication refill request for my Wellbutrin. I want to give my experience with Donefirst so that others won't be lulled into the same false sense of security that a healthcare provider should give a person.
